We’re seeking a passionate and creative social media content creator to join our team and help shape our presence on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is someone with 1-2 years of experience in social media content creation, a sharp eye for crafting engaging video and graphic content that stands out, and a proven ability to grow and nurture a brand’s community online.

What You’ll Do:

As a content creator at Fabra, you will:

• Create Engaging Content: Develop impactful, high-quality video and image content tailored for Instagram and TikTok that resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand’s voice.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously research social media trends, platform updates, and best practices on a weekly basis, and incorporate the latest techniques and formats into your content to keep it fresh and engaging.
• Optimize for Reach: Use captions, hashtags, and trends strategically to maximize content visibility and engagement on both platforms.
• Build Brand Awareness: Implement strategies to increase brand visibility, foster a loyal community, and drive meaningful interactions.
• Voiceovers & On-Camera Presence: Be comfortable providing voiceovers for video content and, ideally, occasionally appear in front of the camera.
• Collaborate & Direct: Craft content briefs for the founder or team members to assist in content creation and ensure alignment with the overall social media strategy.
